Maris Stella High School Alumni - 2026 Annual General Meeting
Dear Members,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the members of Maris Stella High School Alumni, Singapore will be held at block E, Level 2, Alumni office at Maris Stella High School, 25 Mount Vernon Road, Singapore 368051 on Saturday 23 May 2026, at 10 a.m. to transact the following businesses:
1. President’s Address
2. To confirm the Minutes of the last AGM held in 2025.
3. To receive the Secretary’s report for the year 2025/2026.
4. To receive and adopt the Audited Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for the financial year ended on 31st December 2025.
5. To elect the MSHS Alumni Executive Committee members for 2026-2028.
6. Any Other Matters.
Important Notes:
Members who would like to participate in the meeting must submit registration online (https://www.mshsalumni.com/events/event_details/54) or reply by email: info@mshsalumni.com by latest 5:00pm on 15 May, 2026 to enable the secretariat to verify their membership status. A member may submit questions by email to info@mshsalumni.com. The questions must reach the Alumni no later than 5.00 p.m. on 15 May 2026.
